A Vermont native, Nicole's career began in high-school education and counseling at-risk youth, before becoming a preschool teacher. Her lifelong passion for educating, supporting, and advocating for others is core to her identity and how she practices real estate.
Nicole Broderick's journey to becoming a licensed Sales Associate in real estate began when she and her family lost their Franklin County home to a fire. This traumatic experience helped Nicole realize the true meaning of home as a place of achievement, safety, and pride. After rebuilding their home and navigating the selling process with Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman, Nicole found herself very engaged in the process and loved it. Her attention to detail and perseverance during the sale of her home caught the attention of Theresa Ferrara, the Agent representing the buyers. The two formed a real estate partnership – and in 2022, were recognized among the top 30% of Coldwell Banker associates/teams worldwide.
As a military family, Nicole and her husband, Trevor, understand firsthand the emotions and complexities of deployment while securing housing. Nicole's real estate credentials include the Military Relocation Professional designation. She is committed to helping service members, veterans, and their families find housing solutions that best meet their needs while also helping them take full advantage of the benefits they earned while serving our country.
Nicole is dedicated to providing a positive experience for home buyers and sellers throughout northwest Vermont - illustrated by the 5-star/ 100% satisfaction rating she receives from her clients. As a mother of three, Nicole is excited to work within and represent a community where she and Trevor are proud to raise their children
