Nicole Broderick

When she and her family lost their Franklin County home to fire, Nicole Broderick never imagined rebuilding would lead to a career in real estate. Losing all material possessions and treasures can change your outlook, but for Nicole, it was a moment of awareness for what HOME truly means: achievement, safety, and pride. After rebuilding and amid a global pandemic, the Broderick’s listed their home with Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman. Due to limitations set by COVID, as a seller, Nicole found herself very engaged in the selling process and loved it.

A Vermont native, Nicole graduated from Colby Sawyer College with a degree in education. She spent years as a counselor for at-risk teens in Washington County, later becoming a pre-school teacher. Her natural ability to educate, support, and advocate for others with passion and endless energy is evident upon meeting her. Theresa Ferrara, the Agent representing the buyers on the sale of Nicole’s home, recognized her attention to detail and perseverance; and offered her a position to assist with transaction management. Now a licensed Sales Associate, Nicole will partner with Theresa to guide home buyers and sellers through the process.
Nicole thrives on providing people with a positive experience that brings value and leaves them in a better place. An educator and advocate by training, she will make this difference in her client’s next move.

Nicole and her husband Trevor live in Franklin County with their three kids. Nicole is excited to work in a community where she is proud to raise her children.
